1. Custom-Made Products Policy
All of our neon signs are made-to-order based on the customer’s selected size, color, design, and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Custom products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Production
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order. If production has not yet started, a full refund may be issued.
After Production Begins
